Our speciality is organizing the whole package so that your party has a theme and a flow, from matching not just the food and wine but to carrying through with props and music to create a specific fun atmosphere.  This creates an exciting and extra special event for you and your guests by adding a sense of drama and entertainment to the evening.  We are brimming with ideas and very “simpatico” to yours and here are a few of our suggestions to whet your appetite:

South American Serenade – featuring the wonderful New World Wines from Chile, Argentina and all things “south of the border”.  A raunchy ranchy menu enhanced by matching wines will excite the taste buds:  a beanfeast it is not!  Twanging guitars and the smoldering passion of the pampas re-created in your dining room.  No live steers included!

Huntin’ , Shootin’ and Fishin’ – an English Country House party (or make it a weekend), celebrating the excellent still and sparkling wines now being produced by top vineyards in this country.  Local and organic provender following this country theme, modern or very P.G. Woodhouse “Jeeves” inspired.  A touch of the 20’s, moustaches and plus fours obligatory?

Wine and Cheese tasting – a modern take on an old theme – find how some wine and cheeses are a match made in heaven, and others in hell!  Suprizes and fun in store at this cocktail style party.  We find this works particularly well with our fun wine quiz, ....no previous knowledge required.  Or you could make this part of a retro 60’s or 70s theme - of course the music we all love means singing and dancing could be involved!

A land down under -  especially good to cheer up the British summer.  Campfires, billabongs and “throw the shrimps on the Barbie”.  A wonderfully diverse range of wines from this huge continent-size country complementing our superior version of bush-tucker.  Flamin’ Gallah.
