1. Who do you do events for?
Anyone (over 18)! Anyone and everyone who is looking for some entertainment and/or education about wine. People we have done events for include investment banks, top 10 accountancy firms, business networking groups, wine groups and people celebrating birthdays - and lots more besides.

2. What will it cost?
We offer wine tastings at varying costs to fit your needs. However, as a guideline, for a minimum of 12 people, our prices start at £25 per head. We aim to put together an event that is tailored just for you and that works within your budget, so please contact us for a quote.

3. What kind of events do you do?
We are happy to put on a sit-down event for a small number of people or a stand up affair for up to 200 - and anything in between. We can do straightforward presenting of the wines with plenty of time for chatting and networking for the guests; run a more competitive quiz-based event or an in-depth session for knowledgeable wine enthusiasts. We will always ensure that we devise the best kind of event for what you are trying to achieve. We don't force a format on you and want to be flexible.

4. Can you help me find a venue?
Yes. In partnership with a specialist event management company, we can offer you a free venue-finding service for larger groups (50+ people). Just ask. For smaller groups feel free to pick our brains on venue suggestions and if you'd like us to suggest venues then we'll quote for that service.

5. Which areas does Red White & Rose cover?
We conduct events in London, Surrey and surrounding areas. If you are outside these areas, or are not sure if we cover where you are, please get in touch and we'll be happy to discuss possibilities or alternatives.

6. Is there a minimum size of group?
We base our pricing on a minimum number of 12 people. However, if you would like to have an event for a smaller number, we would be happy to quote individually for this.

7. Food and wine matching?
Yes. As part of a wine-tasting event, we can provide anything from canapés, buffet service to a full gourment sit-down meal to complement the wines. We find our most popular requests are for Champagne and canapé receptions and cheese and wine matching.

8. What can I expect from Red White and Rose?
Being a small and flexible company, we follow the principle: your wish is our command. Once we've agreed on the theme and format, we'll make sure all the wines are provided on the day, along with all the wine glasses needed. If you would like your event catered, we work with professional caterers to provide anything from canapés to a full sit-down three course meal with serving staff. Most of all, you can expect flexibility, friendliness and professionalism.

9. Do you sell wines at your events?
We are able to sell wines at certain of our events. We also work with a high-quality wine accessories and gifts company and are able to supply beautiful and useful items from waiter's friend corkscrews to crystal decanters.

10. Should the tasting have a theme?
Having a theme brings the whole thing together. We will work with you and make suggestions to come up with the right idea to suit you, your friends and clients.
